Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 1 hour before the scheduled class time. No Fee: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged. 10% Fee: Cancellations made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the class will incur a 10% cancellation fee. 50% Fee: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session or no-shows will be charged 50% of the class fee. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your English learning journey!
