Denisha Ramos-Cubero is the founder of Reading with Coquí. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Education in Literacy, with professional experience in early childhood education, literacy, and language development coaching. Her work is guided by a deep belief that language is connection—and that everyone deserves the opportunity to express themselves fully, proudly, and with clarity. Her passion is helping others find their voice, feel seen, and feel at home in both English and Spanish.

Reading with Coquí was born from the familiar song of the coquí in Puerto Rico—a sound that feels like home. We believe language learning should also feel like home: warm, welcoming, and connected to who you are. Our mission is to help you find confidence and joy in learning through personalized, one-on-one support that honors your culture, your voice, and your goals.
